In-Store Orders

For online orders, refunds or exchanges are only available on the day of pick-up and must be requested immediately by contacting us at hello@wavetrading.co.uk or 01395 891002.

Refunds will not be issued for any reason after the day of pick-up, except in exceptional circumstances.
